Convert a crypto CSV to an UltraTax import file

in development

UltraTax imports 8949 transactions in its own structured layout — your exchange CSV isn’t it. This page is planned to emit the UltraTax-ready file from any crypto CSV.

Status: planned — the CSV side already parses; the queued piece is the UltraTax writer.

Why this page exists

Every (source × target) pair gets its own working converter page. This pair is queued: generic column-mapped CSV → UltraTax 8949 import.

Working today: Binance CSV → Koinly, Coinbase CSV → TXF, Koinly CSV → TXF. See the full list.

FAQ

What lands in the import?

One row per reportable disposal — sells and crypto-to-crypto trades — with dates, proceeds, and basis where your export states them.

Does it compute gains?

No — it organizes the rows; UltraTax computes.

When will it be available?

It's in the adapter queue — the page goes live once its remaining adapter ships, verified against a real export. Until then it stays marked planned and out of search indexes.
